Bob
Peterson has been part of the part of the national real estate investing
and brokerage community since 1975 where he has specialized in the application
of business principles to the creative purchase and financing techniques
for apartments, commercial investment, development and syndication. He has
been a leading commercial real estate consultant throughout the United States
for more than 15 years serving as the first continuing education sponsor
for real estate investment with the California Department of Real Estate,
and as a project advisor for the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Bob resides with his wife Kathleen in Lincoln Hills, California and
currently serves on the Commercial Education Committee for the Sacramento
Association of Realtors.
