Part I

"Introduction"

    

BEGINNING
   Join Bill Angove California Manager for Asset Preservation Inc., and Bob Peterson as they present Part I of the Business Development Series with "Investment Analysis Basics" followed by The Power of Analysis & Strategy. In Part 2, "The Power of Strategy" , Bill reveals the extraordinary wealth building opportunity created through the rules and principles of the IRS 1031 tax deferred exchange.  Imagine the ways to develop client relationships through the tax code.  Help your clients increase cash flow. Reallocate, redistribute or consolidate poor performing properties into high performance assets.  Create profitable partnerships, exit partnerships and resolve partnership disputes. FIELD TRAINING    The basic Lesson Plan consists of  the first three Field Exercises of the "The Real Estate Investment Guide And Field Reference Manual".  Please start from the beginning and study each of the first three Field Exercise as you encounter them.  The Income & Expense Summary, the Decision Model (Cash Flow & Capital Gain Model) and Lender & Borrower - A Partnership.  Work patiently.  These field exercises are the technical preparation and form the proper foundation for the "Forum Workshop Live".

The proper understanding of each Field Exercise is critical.  It is intended to insure that you can properly apply the principles and theory, and prepares you for the instruction that follows. The importance of this lesson plan can not be over emphasized as it forms the foundation for your entire real estate investing experience. Therefore, it is imperative that you be patient, and master the material contained in each Field Exercise.

 

Part II

"The Forum Workshop Live"
