Empowering Realtors Through Education

An award-winning agent and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Destry has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate.  Currently, less than 1% of Realtors nationwide hold the prestigious CCIM designation.

Cited as the real estate investment analysis software written for Realtors, by a Realtor, Destry developed what many consider to be the most intuitive and user-friendly real estate investment analysis software for use by Realtors and real estate professionals.  As a companion to the software, Destry wrote “The Power of Analysis”, a continuing education course taught across the nation by Asset Preservation, Inc., a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company.

“Education is everything,” Destry believes. “If you’re not learning how to use today's resources, you’re making decisions based on yesterday’s information.”
